Order processing time

At URBX Ink, we strive to process and dispatch all orders as quickly as possible.

Ready-Made Products

Orders for ready-made products placed before 1:00 PM (Greenwich Mean Time) are processed and dispatched on the same working day.

Orders placed after 1:00 PM, on weekends, or on public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

Custom-Made & Personalised Products

For custom-made and personalised items, a digital artwork proof or visualisation will be sent within 24 hours of receiving the required design files and order details.

Production will begin only after the artwork has been approved by the customer.

Please note that the quality of the final printed or embroidered product depends significantly on the quality of the files provided. In general, the higher the quality and resolution of the original artwork, the better the final result will be.
